S/01 · The Overview

More than
a slow-mo
replay.

Every other sport films its athletes and coaches their form. Running shouldn't be the exception — yet most runners have never seen themselves move, let alone had the data to change it.

A Video Running Analysis is a full biomechanical work-up built around high-speed video. You'll run in your natural environment while a Doctor of Physical Therapy captures your stride from multiple angles at 240 frames per second — slow enough to see what the naked eye can't.

But footage alone isn't an answer. We pair it with a hands-on assessment of your strength, mobility, and neuromuscular control, then cross-reference your form against your injury history and training load. The result isn't "you overstride" — it's why, and exactly what to do about it.

You leave with clarity: the root cause, a prioritized plan, and the cues to start changing your run that week.

The process.

01INTAKE

Intake & History

Before you run, we dig into your story — training history, injury timeline, goals, footwear, and what's actually bothering you. The context shapes everything we look for.

02CAPTURE

Capture

You run while we record at 240 fps from multiple angles — posterior, lateral, and detail views. Simultaneously, a Doctor of PT performs a full biomechanical exam: strength, power, mobility, and motor control.

03DECODE

Decode

Frame by frame, we break down joint angles, ground contact, cadence, vertical oscillation, pelvic drop, and left-right asymmetry — then benchmark each against the target range and tie it to the root cause.

S/03 · Who It's For

Built for
every runner.

Profile / 01

The Injured Runner

Stuck in a cycle of the same nagging injury — runner's knee, shin splints, IT band, plantar fasciitis. We find the mechanical root cause instead of chasing symptoms.

Profile / 02

The PR Chaser

Healthy but hunting the last few percent. We refine cadence, contact, and economy so you run faster on the same effort — and stay durable while you build.

Profile / 03

The New Runner

Just getting into the sport and want to start right. Learn how you move, what shoes fit your gait, and how to build mileage without breaking down.

S/04 · What You Get

with the Movement Blueprint.

Not a vague "work on your form." A documented, prioritized plan — plus the footage and the data behind every recommendation, delivered to your inbox.

01

Gait Breakdown

02

Movement Blueprint

A personalized PDF plan: drills, strength blocks, mobility work, and the cues to prioritize — in order.

03

Metrics Report

Your cadence, ground contact, oscillation, pelvic drop, and asymmetry — benchmarked against target ranges.

04

Shoe Guidance

Footwear matched to your gait, history, and training load — last, drop, foam, and stack dialed to your foot.
