Sports Performance is for the runner who's healthy enough to train hard and wants more from their body: a stronger push-off, a faster turnover, a frame that holds up at high mileage. It's also the bridge for athletes coming back from injury who need to rebuild strength without overloading healing tissue.

We use clinical tools most gyms don't have — blood flow restriction (BFR) to build strength at low loads, neuromuscular e-stim (NMES) to recruit dormant muscle and retrain motor patterns, and video-guided strength and power work so every rep reinforces good mechanics.

It's strength training engineered for runners — not generic lifting.
